These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jv999 ("jv999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jv999 website located at jv999.io and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through it.

By accessing the jv999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days of request may result in account suspension.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not carried out by you personally. jv999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jv999 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Deposits are credited to your jv999 wallet in real time under normal circumstances. In the event of a technical delay, jv999 support should be contacted with proof of the transaction (mobile banking receipt or bank statement) so the credit can be applied manually. jv999 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own standard transfer fees.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• The maximum single deposit amount is ৳200,000, subject to your individual account limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and priced in BDT. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). jv999's settlement decision is final once applied.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at jv999's discretion and may be suspended at any time if data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without resumption within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. jv999 reserves the right to reduce bet limits for specific players or markets without prior notice.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) in odds are not binding on jv999. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds will be voided and stakes refunded. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is materially inconsistent with the prevailing market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jv999 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and — where legally required — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured promotions to obtain funds or credits beyond what is legitimately earned.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any activity that uses jv999 to process illicitly obtained funds.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, reverse-engineer the platform, or conduct any security testing without jv999's explicit written consent.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, account limits, or responsible gaming controls.
• Making chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests in bad faith after placing bets with deposited funds.

Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your jv999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending wagers will be settled and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

jv999-initiated closure: jv999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Identity verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is suspected.
• The player has registered during a period of voluntary self-exclusion.
• The player's account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of jv999-initiated closure due to breach of terms, jv999 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, remaining real-money balances will be returned. Bonus balances are non-refundable in all account closure scenarios.

• Losses arising from internet or mobile network interruptions, including disconnections during live game rounds.
• Decisions made by the player under the influence of alcohol, prescription medication, or other substances.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners).
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

In all cases where jv999 is found to be liable, the total liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jv999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jv999 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where legally required or operationally necessary for account verification and compliance purposes

If you continue to use jv999 after an amendment takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, and updates to payment method lists — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be governed, construed, and enforced in English. Any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect. In any dispute, interpretation, or enforcement proceeding, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and controlling text.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included. The severed provision shall, where possible, be replaced by a valid provision that most closely achieves the original commercial intent.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jv999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. No waiver by jv999 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
